The Fall 2015 Collection takes you back to core ingredients from our earth. The foundation that we are all built upon... Gems and Geology!

Rich shades of Burgundy, Orange, Brown, and Blue are inspired by nature's palette, creating an earthy aesthetic to this collection. Jewel tones are used in colour blocked, mix and match styles, adding to the brilliance of our signature Peekaboo Beans look.

Let your imagination take you back to prehistoric times, where creatures stomp over the land in their 'Dino Dynamite Hoodie', with terrorific dinosaur screens and funky hood placements. Imagine yourself traveling back to a place of cave drawings and Jurassic creatures.

Anatomy of a Look Book

In addition to our quarterly catalogues, we recently began publishing monthly Lookbooks to showcase our products in fun, playful environments with some really awesome kids! The experience has truly been blast and we've received such great feedback on the new lookbooks that we thought we'd give you, our VIPB's, a insiders peek into the creation of our latest Back-To-School LookBook!

I'm sure most of our VIPBs (thats you!) have had the opportunity to view our fabulous new Fall 2014 collection in our Look Book, but we have to take a moment and point out one new addition that we are extremely excited to share with you.  

This season we have added a new element to our catalogue based on our continued quest to bring awareness on the importance of PLAY for our children.  As you flip through our pages you will find our Play Maven, Andrea's, Seal of Approval on various pages. Here's a peek...

We are constantly striving to help our children achieve the highest level of development within their individual range of possibility.  We want children to experience the world and feel good doing so. We support childhood development by promoting the importance of play for healthy development and by offering clothing that facilities play.

Play is a child's work and provides the best opportunities for learning. We encourage families and communities to recognize the necessity of play for our children. Peekaboo Beans knows the importance of understanding children's sensory preferences, creating opportunities for independence, helping them feel good about themselves and letting them express their own unique style. We keep these goals in  mind as we develop new products, ensuring all our clothes contribute to children growing up into happy, healthy HUMAN-BEANS! We are thrilled to have Andrea on our team to help support us on our playful journey.

Into the Woods

At Peekaboo Beans we are all about Play!   If you follow us on Social Media, you will see despite creating amazing collections (like this Fall 2014) we always try and take time to play at work!  

More importantly, with a world of endless distractions, we want to bring play back into our children's lives.  Just like the air we breathe, the sleep we need and the healthy food we eat, play is an essential part of healthy development!

You will see a new an amazing feature - “Lets Talk Play” in our new catalogue!  Refer to Page 6 and 7, and meet our amazing Play Maven, Andrea Chatwin as she gives us her professional seal of approval on why PB features helps support the healthy development of your child.   

It is hard to pick out a favourite piece (so many to die for pieces)!  No doubt I love the Once Upon a time Coat and the Woodland coat!  Check out page 90 to see how you can get one of these amazing coats half price or free!

The girly girl in me loves the Enchanted Dress and the Whirl and Twirl (a throw back to the beloved Dreamy Dress of Fall 2010).  The tomboy in me loves the Stag your it tee ad the Ranger Pant - oh if I only had boys!!!  My Tween Bean fave, by far is The Be Brave Tunic and the new edition to the Heart Collection the Follow your Heart Hoodie!  Of course the baby playsuits would have me reconsider more babies!!!

Welcome to our official Fall Collection Launch!

There is so much that we can learn from children.
Unconditional love.
Forgiveness.
Acceptance.
Wonderment.
Peacefulness.
And the list goes on. Children are continually absorbing lessons from their natural environment and exuding what the natural world has to offer. In fact, as Magda Gerber wrote "be careful what you teach. It might interfere with what they are learning." The glimmer in a young child's eyes reminds us of the fresh and untainted perspective that they have. Everything they see is new and filled with possibility. Children have an innate warmth towards others and love unconditionally. Even when faced with a disagreement they are, most often, quick to forgive and show warmth and affection. This, "With All My Heart" embraces these instinctive and open-hearted qualities of children. The primary colours and the peaceful symbols of this collection remind us of the primary values and traits, of which children remind us - love for all people and things.
